Pre-selling properties or Ready for Occupancy?

Buying a unit depends on the needs of each clients. Some want to stay or use their unit immediately and some will use their unit in the near future. In condominium developments, pre-selling period is the stage before the start of building construction. Pre-selling units have lower prices compared to units that are already developed. Sometimes prices during pre-selling period is cheaper by 200,000 to 300,000 pesos. Payment terms during pre-selling are also longer and monthly payments are affordable.

Ready for occupancy units however the prices are higher compared to pre-selling units. Payment terms are also shorter and sometimes clients are required to pay all the down payment before in cash before they can start using their unit. Although, with ready for occupancy units the clients can already see, touch and experience living in the unit they want.
